For graduate students in the College, advising and course selection take place at the department level.  Yet departments and graduate students must navigate a range of policies and procedures that govern enrollment processes and often require assistance.  The information in these pages is meant as a basic guide for graduate students in the College.

COGA staff can also help identify the appropriate course of action on enrollment matters.  The office provides assistance with schedule changes, late enrollments and withdraws, retroactive enrollments and withdraws, transfers of credit, grade changes, and credit/no credit enrollments.

Students may also consult the Registrar's Academic Calendar, Enrollment Guide, and Changing Your Schedule guidelines for more information.
