DEADLINES

  • Self-nomination Applications
    Due to the Office of the Provost by
    September 14, 2009
     
  • Endorsed Applications
    Due to the College Office (200 Strong Hall) no later than
    Noon (12:00 pm) on Monday, September 14, 2009
     
  • All applications reviewed by the College Committee on Sabbatical Leaves will be submitted to the Office of the Provost by
    Noon (12:00 pm) on November 2, 2009

Preparation of Files for the College Office:
Checklist for 2010-2011 Sabbatical Applications

  • 1 letter-sized file folder, labeled with Name, Department, and "Original"
    • 1 original application
  • 1 letter-sized file folder, labeled with Name, Department, and "Copy"
    • 1 photo copy of application
  • A 1" expandable file folder labeled with Name and Department
    • Place both letter-sized file folders in expandable folder
