Phil Hauptman

For the past 19 years Phil Hauptman held positions in Information Technology in the support of research, academics and business operations in higher education. Phil holds a BS in Computer Science; a master’s degree in education (instructional technology) with an emphasis on film production and new media design. Phil's doctoral work in education includes instructional technology, cognition and educational psychology. Phil pursues a scholarly interest in the effects of traumatic brain injury on sensation and perception.
